Do your homes have a crib?
Yes, every home has a crib for a baby. Fuyu Hatsudai also has a travel crib, and each ACOE HOTEL AZABU apartment has one too. At Morishita Penthouse, the crib is brought to the apartment when you ask.
Will the crib suit a 3 year old?
The cribs are made for babies. For a child of about 3 or older, a bed or a futon usually fits better. Tell us your child's age and we can suggest the best bed in the home.
Is there a high chair?
Most homes have one. Flat Shinjuku has a booster seat instead, as its apartments have a sofa area rather than a dining table. Azabu-Juban I, Azabu-Juban II and ACOE HOTEL AZABU have a booster seat as well as a high chair.
Can we borrow a stroller?
Yes, every home has a stroller for children from 6 months to about 4 years, up to 22 kg. At Flat Shinjuku and Morishita Penthouse it is kept in storage and brought to the home when you ask.
Is there a baby bath?
Yes, every home has a baby bath.
Do baby items cost extra?
No. Every baby item is free.
Do we need to ask in advance?
Yes. Send us a message before your stay with the items you need and your child's age, and our team sets them up in the home.
Can you send a photo of the crib?
Yes. Ask in your booking messages and we will send you a photo of the crib.
Where can we buy nappies and baby food?
Convenience stores sell nappies and wipes in small packs. Drugstores and supermarkets carry more sizes, formula and baby food. Send us a message and we will point you to the nearest drugstore.
